4 Little Known Ways to Get Traffic to Your Website Free

So, you want to get traffic to your website free?

As a fellow marketer, I understand the importance of getting constant eyeballs on our websites. So, in this post, you will find 4 ways to get traffic to your website free.

All are proven, but it takes a consistent effort from you to make these work!

4 Little Known Ways to Get Traffic to Your Website Free

#1. Facebook Groups

Today, more than 500 million people use Facebook groups monthly, and thousands of groups are created daily. Like discussion forums, groups allow specific sets of people to share photos, links, updates and more.

There are hundreds of groups in different niches. All you have to do is search on Facebook, and join these groups. I would suggest 5-10 a day to stay under Facebook’s radar.

Once you’ve been approved you can then make a post. Write a benefit driven headline, add a call to action, and include your link.

WARNING: Please don’t go posting to loads of groups in a single day… Post roughly 5-10 an hour, wait a while, and post again etc. Basically, mix it up. But, never post to hundreds at a time. Facebook can lock accounts if they see too much activity like this.

#2. Forum Marketing

Forum marketing has been around for ages. Yet, it’s still a powerful free way to get leads.

Before social media appeared, forums is what people did to interact with one, and other. Regardless, you can still drive traffic, and generate leads.

Search on a search engine “Niche + forums”, and see if there is any active forums… Register an account, and start answering questions, and helping people.

Edit the signature part to link to a capture page. If your sig is compelling enough, people will click on it.

#3. Safelists

Safelists are online *communities* composed of people who joined them for the specific purpose of advertising to all other members of each specific safelist. By joining, you also agree to receive all other members’ advertising messages.

The idea is to click for credits, so you can send your email ad back to your capture page.

You can find hundreds of safelists online. But, in order for this strategy to work, you must be consistent.

Safelist marketing is still a powerful way to generate leads. Make sure you are offering something of value to entice people to join your list.

Make sure you create two email accounts because most of these safelists require ever a contact, or list email address. So, I recommend you create two free email accounts on Gmail.

WARNING: You will most likely get lot’s of emails… Just full warning you!

#4. Youtube

Youtube is the world’s #1 video sharing site, and the second largest search engine online.

They have the potential to generate hundreds, and thousands of leads… And is properly the best place to build brand awareness.

The key to making this work is through effective seo (search engine optimization), and a huge benefit for uploading videos to Youtube is they rank really well on Google… Since Google owns this platform!

Make sure you identify a target keyword for each video. Include keywords in the title, description, and tags to optimize as best as you can.

Did this help you? If so, I would greatly appreciate it if you commented below and shared on Facebook.
